I’ve been implementing systems since I was a kid. A learning disability meant a system was the only way I could do well in school, and in life.
That carried into my working life. I’ve run my own businesses, sat on boards, and invested in private companies. I’ve also lived through a turnaround that didn’t turn around. We had no system, and it showed: no alignment, no accountability, and no healthy team.
When I founded KindHuman Bicycles, EOS® gave us everything that turnaround was missing. It let me delegate the day-to-day and lead as owner, in a business that no longer depended on one person holding everything together.
Watching our team change, I saw that a healthy business changes the lives of everyone in it, and their families too. I could do that once at KindHuman, or again and again as an Implementer. So I became one.
Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer, I help leaders of privately held companies build that kind of business: one that runs well, is worth more, and gives them their life back.
