A core part of my work is helping teams face hard truths with clarity, kindness, and courage. I bring a calm, direct presence that strengthens trust, accountability, and creates forward momentum.

I first encountered EOS as a client and bring experience across starting, acquiring, turning around, and exiting businesses, combined with due diligence work in equity and debt financings. Over time, this has shaped how I see businesses – not just how they operate, but how they hold up under pressure, how they’re structured, and how they create (or lose) value.

Based in Toronto, I work with businesses that are scaling, preparing for a transaction, or professionalizing operations. Outside of work, I love spending time backcountry skiing, cycling, and volunteering for causes that strengthen communities.
